Prince Ikuje Owoetomo Timothy is the Managing Partner of the firm. He had professional training with Adetuwo Ogunjumelo & Co and Ijewere & Co, where he participated in various statutory tax advisory and audit of various clients before joining Ikuje Owoetomo & Co. He has the responsibility to carry out business and tax advisory related services. Prior to that, he was at Aluko & Oyebode (Legal Practitioners) as assistant accountant where he worked for over three years plus, there he obtained practical experience on the basic principles of accounting, payroll management, reconciliation of account receivables & payables and bank statement.
Prince Ikuje Owoetomo Timothy is experienced in Business tax compliance cutting across corporate and personal income tax matters. He has coordinated various tax audit engagements with both Federal Inland Revenue service and state internal revenue authorities.
He is an associate member of both the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigerian and Chartered institute of taxation of Nigeria. He has a CertIFRS (ACCA-UK), ACA, ACTI and HND in Accountancy.
Kolawole, Olalekan Gabriel is a partner of the firm and have over 14years accounting experiences, of which 5 years was spent as a middle level staff, and 7years in a senior position. He has a professional knowledge spanning on Telecommunication, Construction, Trading, and Property maintenance, Education, Financial Reporting and Credit Controls.
He had a professional training with Oluyomi Ladeinde & Co (Chartered Accountants). He is an associate member of the institute of chartered accountants of Nigeria and member of Nigerian Institute of Management, and Institute of Credit and Collection Management of Nigeria. He has ACA, AMNIM, AICCM and HND in Accountancy.
OGUNTUASE, Augustine Taiwo, HND, ACA is a distinction holder in Accounting from Lagos State Polytechnic.
He is an analytical and inquisitive young chartered accountant with well over twenty-five years practical and industrial working experience in accounting practices. He believes in giving his best to organization that engages his professional services.
Taiwo is a result oriented man that has leadership and team work skills and has being heading Accounts or Internal Audit Department for many years at one time or the other.
He has passed the implementation course of International Standardization for Organization (ISO) and a one-time ISO Auditor and a member of ISO Project Team in Xerox.
